TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATION

• Participation fees and food of the participants and audience  who will attend from Bulgaria will be covered by the executive board.
• Transportation, accomodation and food of participants coming from outside of Turkey and Bulgaria will be covered by the executive board.
• Participation fees will not be taken from Summit Science, Consultation and Executive boards. Their  accomodation and food  will be covered by the executive board. The transportation wiil not be covered.
• Turkish citizen participants and the audience will be able to participate in the trips that will be held as a Summit Social Activity Program.
